How long will the roof coating last?
Our products carry a 10 year, 12 year and LIFETIME manufacturer’s warranty on the coatings. But the life expectancy is closer to 20 years at which time it can simply be cleaned and re-coated again.
Do I still have to clean my roof as often as I do now?
No! Our manufacturers spent many years developing their roof coatings with Teflon which will stay cleaner and retain gloss longer than any conventional acrylic roof coating due to being enhance with self-cleaning Nanotechnology.
How long does it take for your Roof Coating products to begin working?

What if I choose to keep the existing variance of color on my roof or what if I have a new roof?
